AISoul (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use aisoul.work, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
Account information: Email address, password (stored as a secure hash), chosen companion, theme preferences, and subscription tier status.
Chat data: Messages you send and receive, including text and metadata about photos/videos delivered in conversation. We store chat history to provide continuity and memory features.
Usage data: Message counts, media quota usage, talk token consumption, login timestamps, and feature interactions.
Payment data: Subscription tier selected, order amounts, deposit addresses, transaction hashes (when provided or detected on-chain), and payment status. We do not store credit card numbers — payments are made in USDT cryptocurrency.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral parameters (e.g. UTM tags). We use this for security, analytics, and abuse prevention.
2. How we use your information
- Provide and maintain the chat, media, and subscription features you request.
- Authenticate your account and process USDT payments.
- Generate AI replies via third-party language model providers.
- Enforce free and paid usage quotas.
- Improve service quality, fix bugs, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Respond to support requests you send us.
- Comply with legal obligations when required.
We do not sell your chat content or email address to third-party advertisers.
3. AI processing
Your messages may be transmitted to external AI service providers to generate companion responses. Providers process data according to their own policies. We configure requests to operate the service and do not authorize providers to use your chats to train public models where we can opt out.
Photos and videos shown in chat are selected from our media library or generated systems — not live camera feeds from real individuals.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies and local storage for login sessions, theme settings, and app functionality. We may use analytics tools (including page visit logging and marketing pixels such as Meta/Facebook Pixel) to measure traffic and ad performance. You can limit cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
5. Data retention
We retain account and chat data while your account is active. You may delete chat history from Settings inside the app; this removes messages from your view but quota usage records may remain.
Payment and audit records may be kept for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance for a reasonable period even after account inactivity.
We may delete inactive accounts after extended non-use, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
6. Data sharing
We share data only when necessary:
- Service providers: Hosting, AI inference, email delivery, analytics, and blockchain payment monitoring — solely to operate AISoul.
- Legal requirements: If compelled by valid law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users and the service.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required.
7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls on our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping your device secure.
8. Your rights & choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email samqikaka625@gmail.com from your registered address.
You may stop using the service at any time. Deleting chat history does not reset media quotas — see our Terms of Service.
9. International users
AISoul is accessed globally. Data may be processed on servers located outside your country. By using the service, you consent to transfer and processing in jurisdictions where we or our providers operate.
Access from certain regions may be restricted (for example, where local law or our geo-blocking policies apply).
10. Children
AISoul is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
